I've had these accounts open now for a little over 2 years. About a year ago, someone stole my debit card and racked up about $1300 on my checking account. I called Neos as soon as I realized the missing card. They cancelled my card immediately, sent me a new one. They credited my account the very next day! I'll never go back to a regular bank again!

Called customer service, they were professional, and set it up in very short order. As good as anyone I have called.
